Guangzhou Food is the BEST....

Business trip are never fun,
but it always a trip for one to grow n learn,
coz one will only learn when out of the comfort zone....

miss d morning breakfast with 'teh si',
miss d smell of the bed, surround with two eeyores, one big marie, little dale n d comfort of
d quit....
miss d lunch time n kill away time with d colleagues,
miss d home-cooked food,
miss d little hamhams,
miss d carefree time where could go anywher without worrying being loss,
miss watching 'xin guang da dao' n channel 55 of SCV,
n lasting
miss all my lovely frens n families......

However one things which haf really cheer mi up during my trip is the food der....
GZ is really full of delicacies,
A heaven of yummies.....

Guangdong Cuisine use a wide variety of ingredients, offering food of all tastes, shapes and colors, good at changing, and serving light food in summer and autumn, and strong and mellow food in winter and spring.
Guangdong Cuisine features sour, bitter, spicy and delicious tastes with a clear and fragrant smell.

Few of my favourites:

my morning breakfast: Dim Sum
the Dim Sum is really nice,
specially d siew mian, beefballs n howkar,
all are freshly made someth lky dos serve in hong kong tea hse...
d fried dumplings are also made on the spot

d most i will miss:
tian ji porridge
it really d best one i ever taste..
d porridge is lky thick gravy wif herbal lky taste.....
dont think i could ever find one in sg, nt even d chinatown one could compare...


d salted chicken:
chewy n tasty,
nt lky sg soft lky...


d best of all is d double boled soup:
nearly all restaurant we went serve ver nice soup,
will always haf two bowls of dis...(",)


Anywae finally back,
time to enjoy,
thou business trip was nt fun @ all,
it one which really enriching n self reflecting...(",)
will keep dos learnt deep inside...
